What happens when you reach a limit
- 1 connect = 1 candidate invitation to an assessment.
- When connects run out, new candidate invitations are paused until you buy additional connects at your plan's per-connect rate or upgrade. Existing tests, results, and reports stay available.
- Unused subscription connects expire at the end of each billing cycle; Pay-as-You-Go connects do not expire.
- To add users beyond your plan's seat limit, upgrade to a plan with more seats.
- When the 7-day Free plan ends, choose a paid plan or Pay-as-You-Go to keep inviting candidates.
Cancellation & refunds
How to cancel: cancel anytime by signing in to your employer account and managing billing from your plan settings, or by emailing info@testnhire.com with the subject “Cancel subscription”. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the period already paid.
When refunds apply: subscription fees and Pay-as-You-Go connect purchases are generally non-refundable once processed, including unused connects. Refunds are issued for billing errors (such as duplicate charges), when required by law, or if TestnHire cannot deliver the paid service. The Free plan has no charges, so refunds do not apply.
